For some reason I remember there being some chatter about changing the sim days or times on the old forum. Even if not, it's still worth seeing if people want a change. Ultimately, it's mostly up to the simmer ( midmissourians) for when they can do it. Personally, if I have to sim at all, I hate Friday sims. I much prefer a Sun, Tue, Thu sim schedule as it frees up the weekend nights. As for the time, I'm much more open to that. It seems a standard sim time (at least could start by) is 9-10 PM ET.

I'd posted that if I sim it will have to be Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday or Sunday.
Could move back to MWF later in the year (October) once softball ends for me.

Tues/Thurs/Sunday is fine to me. I don't really care what days. Whatever is best for our simmer is what works for me

SUN/TUE/THU is pretty cool, as long as the simmer isn't affected by the NFL schedule!

No but I am going to make official roster lock times at like 12 on those days so I can potentially sim anywhere after noon. As a lot of my time on those days is from 1-3 central standard time so afternoon sims may be easiest.

I'm fine with changing time and day. Would prefer evening instead of morning sim.

agreed but in MY OPINION... Fuck Football That's like saying Fuck Apple Pie and Fuck America. Now if I said Fuck Baseball... that would be saying fuck Murica... But Football will ALWAYS be second best... Football has 16 games... hard to get into a sporty with so few games, and so fuckin slow. There are WELL over 200 pitches, and often over 300 in a MLB game, not to mention pickoff attempts and stuff like that... football is MAYBE 150 plays, if its like an arena football style game, with 25+ seconds between EVERY SINGE PLAY!!! BORING!!!

TNP i get what you're saying but there is no time limit in baseball, and often times more than 30 seconds between every single play (pitch)... baseball takes 162 games to complete a (regular) season... football being only 16 games completes a (regular) season "faster" ......
the older i get, the more i'm becoming disenfranchised with the NFL. and baseball is and will always be America's pastime.... but trying to argue that baseball is a faster-paced game is like arguing that Pacman is a more advanced video game than World of Warcraft...

Football likes to change just for the sake of change IMO... Baseball is much more traditional, which has its pluses and minuses. But length of game is shorter in baseball compared to football. And downtime is less in baseball. 162 games is IMHO what makes baseball so good. 16 games is a TERRIBLE judge, and 1 game playoffs.. ugg, on any given day a greta team can lose to a shitty team, but to lose 3 of 5 or 5 of 7 is less likeley. It happens, but its WAY less likely.

Football has also become, Ironically, less about strategy and more about hitting as hard as you can. They have schemed their way into strategy instead of doing it with great play. Instead of out playing a QB on defense, its about hittng the runner or receiver hard enough to jar the ball loose.

BORING!!! I know Baseball is America's Past Time but its actually gone down in popularity to 4th....after soccer . Don't you live in Wisconsin? Not being a Packers fan is sacrilegious. Let alone not liking football in general. Some people label a city as a "football town" or "basketball town". I'd say Wisconsin is a football state.

Nowadays there are rules to diminish big hits. Like the kickoff changes. With all the CTE and shit the NFL is trying to weed out the big hits(at least to the head).

I live in CT :-) within 75 miles of BOTH NY teams, and the Pats. This is DEF a football area, but meh... it has grown into too many thugs is one of the main issues I have with it.
